Bali travel agents, tour operators and reservations sites must apply and be approved by us before they can show our details on the Internet and / or offer our villas to potential guests.

We invite partnerships with travel agents around the world, especially luxury villa agents specializing in luxury / exclusive properties.

We provide a set nett / net / contract rate of 25% off our standard rates (see our villa rates page) to IATA bonded (or agents with bonded insurance, such as ABTA, where guests' money paid to the agent for stays at our villas is protected). Travel agents which are not insurance bonded / full IATA members can not become full authorized agents for us, but can apply to act as booking agents. Booking agents may contact us and arrange for guest stays, but the guest will be required to pay us their advance deposit and upon check-out balance (booking agents may not take money on our behalf); we will then pay a 10% commission to the booking agent if they arranged the guest stay.

In both cases (full agents and booking agents), the travel agency must first contact us to be approved (this only takes a short time). Please do not offer our villas or rates until your agency is approved as either a full agent or booking agent. We generally will not accept agents who are wholesale based, or have large, generic reservation web sites. Only once you have received our approval, may you use the copyrighted photographs and text found on this web site on a restricted basis (and it may ONLY be used for marketing our villas). Please e-mail us at villas@agung-bali-nirwana.com, and please provide your web-site URL's, plus IATA membership number / bonded insurance information if you wish to become a full agent.

Please note our policy regarding service charges. Service charges are to be paid by the guests directly to our staff (and only if they are satisfied). Absolutely no agent is entitled to display prices for our villas that include service charges. Nor may they collect these service charges on our staff's behalf. Please also note that our special packages / rates on our Villas Specials page are only commissionable 10% to full agents and 5% to booking agents.

Please do not contact us by telephone to apply, as this will only delay matters as all applications have to be made by email, and any claims made relating to phone conversations will be void (our phones are not operated by contract empowered staff).
