Hopefully this picture gives you some idea
of the tranquility of the resort at dawn. Just like dusk, it has it's
own magic and is completely different to either day or night time. Generally,
the air is very cool and still. With swallows diving the pure water swimming
pool for a drink, and dragonfly (we have 2 types of red, one silver and
one blue) dart around and then rest on the lilies.
This picture is actually taken from the Bale
(outdoor rest / dining pavilion) of the middle villa, Villa Bali (the
farthest villa from the entrance / staff area is Villa Agung, the closest
Villa Nirwana). The staff have just raised the wooden restaurant roller
blinds, and you can clearly see one of the many candelabras that make
the grounds so picturesque at night. You can also see one of our hammocks,
just waiting for you (the resort owner's favorite hammock is strung between
two palm trees next to the spa).
Of course, while you are watching this view.
You would probably be drinking a cup of freshly made coffee from equally
freshly ground Balinese coffee beans. And maybe even listening to the
news with one of the pairs of top of the range Sennheiser headphones that
are in each villa. But then again, maybe you would not.

/ still shots can be found in our Bali
