Our rates depend on / are affected by two things:
1. What is included the package and
2. The number of people in your party.

We have three (3) identical luxury villas and each of our villas can sleep up to six (6) adults, but please note that our listed rates below are based on two (2) adults occupying the masterbedroom of each villa, if you have more people in your party, please refer to the "Extra person charge" chart below the rate chart.

PACKAGES:

LUXURY "NIRWANA" Package Includes:
a) Daily American / English breakfast with jug of freshly squeezed orange juice.
b) Fresh sheets daily, fresh towels twice daily.
c) Full maid service plus personal butler / waitress from 7am to 9pm
d) One hour each per person per day of spa treatments / massage.
e) Specialist hair and body treatments provided in your bathroom.
f) 10% off all restaurant / personal dining bale food.
g) Soft cotton dressing gowns.
h) All personal laundry included.
i) Complimentary (finest, fresh ground) coffee and tea.

"BALI" Package Includes:
a) Daily American / English breakfast with jug of freshly squeezed orange juice.
b) Daily maid service.
c) Fresh sheets daily, fresh towels daily.
d) Spa produced hair and body treatments provided in your bathroom.
e) 10% off all restaurant / personal dining bale food and spa treatments / massages.
f) Soft cotton dressing gowns.

"AGUNG" Package Includes:
a) Daily maid service.
b) Fresh sheets and towels every two days.

"JEPUN" Package
(minimum 4 nights stay required)
a) Daily maid service.
b) Fresh sheets and towels every two days.

*Master bedroom only; if 2 adults wishing separate bedrooms, extra person charges apply.
10% Discount given for bookings of 10 nights or more.

Prices include 10% government sales tax, but exclude service charge.
(A service charge of 10% is expected, not mandatory, to be given to the staff directly IF they do a very good job for you).

PICKUP & DROP OFF TRANSFERS:

To/From AIRPORT:

‧ Car (3 adults and luggage): US$50.00 each way (journey time 3 to 3.5 hours)
‧ Minibus (7 adults and luggage): US$65.00 each way (journey time 3 to 3.5 hours)
‧ Helicopter (3 adults and luggage): US$2800 each way (journey time 45 minutes)

To/From other locations on Bali:

We can provide pick up/drop off transfers to/from any place on Bali. If you would like to be picked up or dropped off somewhere other than the airport, please email us with the name and address of your origin/destination and we will be happy to let you know our transfer fee to/from there.

Please note, our transfer fees, unlike most others', are per vehicle and not per person and are in our own, well maintained, fully licensed vehicles. Our drivers are very experienced and careful and are also licensed. The road routes to us are not well known, plus they can involve steep and winding sections, depending on which route we take; our drivers are properly equipped to make sure your journeys with us are absolutely safe. The roads to us are generally very good and there are many places of natural beauty en route. We encourage guests to use our drivers and vehicles for peace of mind and a chance to enjoy the scenery. Please be careful of unsafe vehicles and / or drivers offering lower prices, at the end of the day our wish is that you arrive at our villas safe and sound.

TERMS:

1) 50% advance deposit will be required to confirm and secure a reservation. Please see the contact us / reservations form for more details.

2) Rates/prices, package contents and details are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed once the booking has been confirmed.

3) DAMAGE OR LOSS: If the property suffers from damage or loss as a result of a guest in the booking party, the cost to repair or purchase new items will be added to the final account.

4) LIABILITY: The Owner/Agung Bali Nirwana, PT. will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, including exceptional weather conditions and/or acts of nature and force majeure. No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings of the guest or any member of his or her party during their stay at Agung Bali Nirwana Villas.
