Don't panic! When we say "Resort", we do not mean anything like a hotel resort! We just want people to realise we have more then holiday homes; much more. Regarding facilities, although we have much to keep you entertained and in comfort. We would like to remind you our greatest facility is for you to be able to relax! Although we have many staff, they are discrete, so you do not feel imposed upon. We also do not have the same beach hawker problem that afflicts other areas. So you can sit by or on the beach and observe the real, beautiful, tranquil Bali in peace.

Although we underline relaxation as our most important facility. We do make sure this is augmented with the best technology items that money can buy. In a way that does not spoil the setting, and actually enhances your experience.

Each villa has a fully featured satellite fed stereo TV (with movie channels, CNN, etc.), with multi-play Pioneer VCD / DVD / CD player. Our staff can offer you a range of VCD and music CD's from our library. What we have done differently, is hide the technology away in a solid teak cabinet. So if TV et al is what you are escaping from, you need never be confronted with it.

Even our air conditioners have been thoughtfully installed, so that the compressors are tucked away at the back of the villas (not outside the bedroom windows), and the bedroom blower units hidden behind louvered teak panels.

If you or your family like to play board games, we have a vast range for you to choose from. The children can do this from the comfort of the third / children's bedroom, where colorful hanging kites and "Wayan Kulit" shadow puppets make the room a virtual kiddy paradise. Adults can perhaps take in some more serious forms of games, perhaps with our masterpiece chess set in the comfort of their patio.

The chess set is prized and unique. It was made in 1990 by one of the finest craftsman on the island. The carved Ramayana themed wooden pieces are exceptional works of art. The master carver only made two of these sets. As, towards the end of the second set, a wood chip flew up and blinded him in one eye; but he finished it before then retiring.

Our staff travel regularly to Singaraja (the former capital of Bali), 45 minutes away if you need to visit the bank (there are several with ATM's and Western Union). If you are using the villa kitchen to prepare your own food. We have a daily delivery service (fresh vegetables / fruits, meats, drinks and much more) you can order from at wholesale rates. If you want to have our staff stock your refrigerator for you before arrival, just tell us what you want. We will arrange this for you with pleasure (we simply charge you what we paid, plus 10%). We have new motorbikes for hire, if you want to be independent. With a Wartel (land line telephone, fax, Internet shop / service) just 10 minutes away.

We offer complimentary baby cot use, and can arrange a local baby-sitter / child minder to come in for you. We have 24 hour security and a Chubb electronic safe in each villa. A local cook can be brought in to prepare food for you at local rates. We offer a laundry service. We have fishing rods, children's buckets and spades, kites (for flying) and snorkeling equipment available. We offer temple (protocol) training, so you can enjoy festivals as the Balinese do. We have a small book library with focus on Balinese life, arts, flowers, etc. We have a beach front shower, for after you have been in the sea. We also have regular cultural performances.
