From this helicopter shot, almost directly above our villas, you can see there is not much else around (except coconuts and mangos!). Actually, a little way along the coast in the neighbouring village of Geretek is a small divers hotel called Alam Anda. But that is virtually it for miles until you reach Tulamben and then Amed.
