RATES / RESERVATIONS

All our rates are based on rental of a whole villa and include two (2) adults occupying the master bedroom. If you have more than two people in your party, please refer to the extra adult and extra child surcharges for each rate plan below.

Please note that for booking purposes, we consider anyone 13yo and over as an “Adult” and anyone under 13yo as a “Child”.

We offer the same low rates to all guests and
do not have different/discounted/special rates for Indonesian citizens or KIMS/KITAS holders.

If you do not receive a reply from us in that time, please try emailing us, as your form submission may have failed.

Please read our deposit / cancellation terms below, as we shall deem you have accepted these if you confirm a booking and/or send a deposit.

Even though we have three identical villas, you may be interested to know that we generally don't rent out all three villas during the same period, though sometimes during summer and holidays, this is unavoidable due to overlapping guest bookings. At other times, we do our best to keep one villa unoccupied just in case my husband and I have some free time to pop-over for a quick R&R.

That said, our property is large enough that even when all three villas are occupied there is no sense of crowdedness at all, and our guests still feel the seclusion and privacy that we are known for.

Pro-Tip: We also offer, at a very reasonably premium, the opportunity to "reserve" the whole property (all three villas) by special request for guests that require absolute privacy and anonymity. Unlike most other rental properties, our goal is not to max-out occupancy at all times, but to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. And it works, many of our guests return year after year — we hope you will join them.

All above rates are NETT and INCLUDE 10% government tax, but exclude any service charge. We suggest that guests consider a 10% gratuity at check-out. Please consider giving IF you feel our staff did a very good job for you during your stay. This will be shared among all our staff (not management), even those behind the scenes, all of whom work hard to make your stay with us memorable.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT INFO / CANCELLATION POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
To secure/confirm a booking, 50% or 100% of the booking value (including tax, but excluding optional service charge) must be received by us by Paypal (or wire transfer) - there are no exceptions to this condition, sorry. We will notify you of our PayPal (or bank details) by return email after you submit our
REFERENCE BOOKING FORM and we assure that a villa is available for your intended stay period and you confirm that you wish to proceed with a booking. It sounds more complicated than it really is…simply fill out and submit the REFERENCE BOOKING FORM and we’ll get back to you, usually within 24 hours and get your booking rolling.

The 50% or 100% deposit is non-refundable. This means that if you cancel, any deposit received by us shall be forfeited (so, please make sure you have adequate travel insurance to get this back from your insurer). The 50% balance will be payable upon check out of the villas in either a hard currency (such as US dollars, Australian dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling - please note, we are only be able to accept newer bills), in the local Indonesian Rupiah, or credit cards (Visa / MasterCard; please note that there is a 3% additional charge if credit cards are used, this fee is what the bank charges us for credit card transactions, and you will find it wherever on Bali that you use your credit card for payment). We also accept travelers cheques/checks, but only in US dollars.

Guests who stay for the duration of their booking will be deemed as being liable for the payment of their stay. In addition to the balance of the accommodation charges, guests will also need to account for any food, beverage, spa, tour, transport charges they accrue while staying at Agung Bali Nirwana.

PART CANCELLATIONS (SHORTENING YOUR STAY) We are able to keep our rates down only by having high occupancy rates. Because we often have to turn other potential guests away due to pre-existing bookings, it is not fair or reasonable for us when people arrive and then inform us they have decided to cut short their stay at our villas for no good reason. If you wish to cut short your stay and do not advise us until you are at the villas, unless the reason is a verifiable problem with the service or accommodation we have provided you, the 50% deposit will be applied to the days you wish to cancel, not to the days you end up staying.

TRAVEL AGENTS

We generally DO NOT operate through agents. If you want to try and be considered by us, you must be IATA certified and accept our terms (not easy!). If you qualify, and wish to discuss further, please email us and attach a copy of your current/valid IATA certification. We will not reply to emails that do not include a valid IATA certification document.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Receipt of a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure a booking/reservation.
2) Rates/prices, package contents and details are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and are only guaranteed/retained after the deposit has been received and we confirm the receipt to you by email.
3) Confirmed
rates are based solely on the period of stay. These "confirmed rates" are subject to change as a result of changes in arrival and/or departure dates.
4) DAMAGE OR LOSS: If the property suffers from damage or loss as a result of a guest in the booking party, the cost to repair or purchase of new items will be added to the final account.
5) LIABILITY: The Owner/Agung Bali Nirwana, PT. does not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by, or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise, including exceptional weather conditions and/or acts of nature and force majeure. No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings of the guest, or any member of his or her party, during their stay at Agung Bali Nirwana Luxury Villas & Spa.
